Borneo Holiday is aware that most people who cancel their reservations with our company do so out of necessity. Nonetheless, cancellations are costly to manage and comprise dedicated staffs’ valuable time as well as communication costs. All amendments / cancellations must be received and acknowledged in writing. Hotel, Carries, Restaurants, contractor or any other companies related to the services required, will charge cancellation fees depending on the circumstances. If any such charges are levied by them, these charges will be billed to you through BORNEO HOLIDAY & VECHICLES RENTAL SDN. BHD.
The following cancellation charges shall apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

|Within 02 – 07 days||75% of total price|
|Within 24 hours or no show||100% of total price|
All cancellations made between 8 – 14 days prior to tour commencement is subject to a 50% cancellation charge out of total price. Cancellation made between 2 – 7 days prior to tour commencement is subject to 75% cancellation charges out of total price and cancellation within 24 hours or no show by clients; is subject to 100% cancellation charges out of total price. Cancellations are based on per person basis and please take note that reservations made after the final payment date are instantly subject to cancellation charges.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or you may contact Borneo Holiday Customer Representative at 088-385 624, 385 634. If applicable, to receive any refund, your request will be processed within (Please advise on the duration) days after our receipt of your written notice of cancellation.
Remarks: For service NOT UTILISED by clients, NO REFUND will be made for any part of services, tours hired, meals etc., once the trip has departed from their place of origin.
